Perfectwatches Review ****

Hi,

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM ANY OF THE PERFECTWATCHES SITES!

I got one sent to the UK, it was faulty, I sent it back and got a replacement that was faulty again! I requested a refund and was told to literally 'do one'. The company is based in China with VERY poor replicas. All the reviews you see are written by them!

Seriously, do not buy from them! it is a scam and they are in China which means you cannot do anything about it!!!

It took sometime to get, but all went on the up and up and it did arrive. The watch is perfect and very, very close to the original, because I bought and returned the original because the price went up $1000! This one makes me happy about this purchase. I have now ordered 3 more watches, 1 Swiss and 2 Japanese. The jury is out on the Japanese.

Also, for those of you complaining about shipping hold your panties on. First off, the order is coming from CHINA!!! It's not a quick process and has to clear customs, etc. Second of all, they don't take Mastercard and some other forms of credit (not necessarily YOUR credit card, but Mastercard in particular). They aren't scamming you out of using your credit card, they simply don't take Mastercard. If you try to buy from some websites that sell Rx without the Rx, for example, they also don't take Mastercard either. It must be something with overseas transaction fees or something. But I used my Visa credit (not debit) card and I have had zero issues. Although I used my bank account for a draft on the first purchase I made and had zero issues then, either, even though my wife was hesitant to give them our account number.

I ordered this watch despite some negative reviews and it's great. I get a lot of compliments, and after quite a few months, no issues. I just placed another order for a BVLGARI

ordered a vacheron constantin on 12/11/11 and after more than 2 weeks still waiting
got some email from them about some delays.
starting to feel uneasy about this purchase

i purchased 3 watches, you must call to complete order, which i did.
they said my credit card didn't work and i have to pay with western union or direct deposit. usually a company that wants only WU and direct pay are not honest.
i said my credit card is good charge it or cancel order. i hope thye canceled the order.
they also claimed they sent me an email every time i called, i didn't see one.
all in all stay away!

I purchased an automatic Rolex Daytona and Tag Carrera-BOTH stopped working 2 months after purchase, they offered NOTHING even though both were well under warranty. I have purchased from several sites....do yourself a favor and avoid this scamming website with horrible customer service - perfectwatches.net SUCKS!

I have orderd 5 watches from Perfect watches. The Breightling for Bently I just recived is a perfect copy(minor differances). I held it side by side with a real Breightling at costco and could have walked out with the real one and no one would have known. Customer service is exceptional. These guys are good.

How and why can a restocking fee be charged? What has that got to do with the customer who is buying?

I am very satisfied with the product I bought: great quality at a very affordable price, no flaws, and good costumer support. They shipped the product without any problems and I received it at the specified time. Overall it was a great investment and I will buy from them again.
